Photo-to-Canvas Guarantee:

We know you will love your Canvas, that is why we offer a limited 100 percent guarantee for your canvas. If you are not satisfied* with your canvas quality, just send it back within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund your money. It's that simple. Reprints must be the same size and same options. If you wish to have a different size, you'll have to pay the difference in the price. You must notify Canvas Press Pro within 30 days of receiving your canvas. Customer is responsible for shipping charges that apply to the return shipment for the canvas. Customer may also bring in the defective canvas to our central Texas store.

Canvas Press Pro will not refund orders if customer wants to change size, options, product type, border colors, or canvas styles.

Canvas Visual Guarantee

Image must meet or exceed our minimum image print quality rating. Images that are printed below 50 DPI (dots per inch) will not be guaranteed. Images printed below 50 DPI may print satisfactory, but due to many unforeseeable circumstances we cannot guarantee visual quality of your image. Images that have been manipulated or altered improperly to meet resolution requirements are not covered under this guarantee. If the original image is grainy, pixilated, or soft in focus this will effect the quality of the canvas, at no fault of Canvas Press Pro.

Please note: Original photos from most modern digital cameras (3 megapixel or higher) can meet our minimum requirement for being printed at over 36" wide. To determin the print resolution of your photo, just divide the width (in pixels) of the photo by the size (in inches) of canvas you are wanting to have printed. (ex. 2048 pixels / 24 inche = 85 DPI)

Canvas Damage Guarantee

If your canvas is received with any defects caused by shipping, please reject the package from your shipper and notify Canvas Press Pro immediately. Canvas Press Pro will reprint and ship your canvas once confirmed with the shipper and will handle all claims with the shipper.

Canvas Press Pro will not guarantee a canvas under these circumstances:

• not properly stored
• improper handling
• lack of care (read our FAQ for best practices)
• not kept out of direct sunlight
• not kept from elements of nature
• any natural disaster or act of God
