We know you will love your Canvas, which is why we offer a Lifetime Photo-to-Canvas Guarantee for your canvas. If you are not satisfied with your canvas quality, just send it back and we will reprint it at no cost to you. It's that simple. Reprints must be the same size and same options. If you wish to have a different size, you pay the difference in price. This Lifetime Photo-to-Canvas Guarantee covers all defects in workmanship, printing, and materials including warpage, yellowing, sun-fading, cracking of the frame, cracking of the inks, cracking of the canvas, and rippling.

Canvas Press will not refund orders if customer wants to change size, options, product type, border colors, or canvas styles.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

In addition to our Lifetime Photo-to-Canvas Guarantee, Canvas Press covers every order with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your canvas for any reason you may request a full refund of your money or a replacement of your canvas. You must request a refund from Canvas Press within 30 days of receiving your canvas. Customer is responsible for shipping charges that apply to the return shipment for the canvas. Customer may also bring in the defective canvas to our physical location.

Canvas Visual Guarantee

Image must meet or exceed our minimum image print quality rating. Images that are printed below 50 DPI (dots per inch) will not be guaranteed. Images printed below 50 DPI may print satisfactory, but due to many unforeseeable circumstances we cannot guarantee visual quality of your image. Images that have been manipulated or altered improperly to meet resolution requirements are not covered under this guarantee. If the original image is grainy, pixilated, or soft in focus this will affect the quality of the canvas, at no fault of Canvas Press.

Please note: Original photos from most modern digital cameras (3 megapixels or higher) can meet our minimum requirement for being printed at over 36" wide. To determin the print resolution of your photo, just divide the width (in pixels) of the photo by the size (in inches) of canvas you want to have printed. (ex. 2048 pixels / 24 inche = 85 DPI)

Canvas Damage Guarantee

If your canvas is received with any defects caused by shipping, please reject the package from your shipper and notify Canvas Press immediately. Canvas Press will reprint and ship your canvas once confirmed with the shipper and will handle all claims with the shipper.

All guarantees are subject to exclusion in the event that negligence on behalf of the customer is found. For guidelines, please consult our FAQ before requesting a return or refund.
