Friday Wrap Up 5/30

by Eric Von Lehmden | May 30, 2014

Sorry I missed last weeks Friday wrap up. Had to call it on account of getting sick. Oh well it happens sometimes. But I am back at it this week as we wrap up the month of May. I can't believe we are done with May and on to June this 2014. It is clich to say it but I will anyways...this year is flying by. School is already out for some kids while others might have just a few days left to go into June. Not sure how the folks up north are fairing with the amount of snow and ice days that they have to make up, but I am sure they are very close as well. All that being said...summer vacation awaits. Enjoy your Friday links and have a great weekend everyone.

Dr. Maya Angelou - I remember how entranced I was by the poem she read on the inauguration of Bill Clinton in January of 1993. I was a senior in High School. She will be missed.

The "Jump" portrait is pretty popular with wedding and family photos these days. It can be difficult to get a group of 20 to all jump at the same time so do a few practice rounds. The key is to jump on 3, not 3 then jump. If your camera can capture multiple frames per second you should take advantage of it.
