There are several ways to make a beautiful and lasting memory on canvas.  First, choose your format.  You can create a single image print, a multi canvas collage or a photo collage on a single canvas.
The single image print is the one we are most familiar with.  Choose an image that Grandmother will love and have it turned into a canvas print.  You choose the size and style of wrap.  You can create one large image, or a series of smaller canvases if there are several images you wish to produce.  An example might be a family photo from when your grandmother was a child or a series of photos showing the progression of age for a grandchild.

A multi canvas collage is a more complex work and requires a little more communication with the folks at Canvas Press.  That being said, it is also one of the most original works of art you can create for your loved ones.  Perhaps you have a picture of the house your Grandmother grew up in.  There is usually a lot of sky and landscape elements in a picture of that style and it can be dissected into multiple canvases to create a series of puzzle like images that give the photo depth and complexity where before it was a bit boring.

You can also create a collage image using photo manipulation software.  Take as many photos as you wish and create an image using all of them.  It can be black and white or color, depending on your preference.  Once you have it just the way you want it, you can upload it to www.canvaspress.com and select the size for your creation.

Whatever you choose, make sure to take into account the recipient and their tastes.  If your grandmother has an old world flair to her home, you probably won’t want to give her a modern gallery wrapped image.  Also, think about where your image may end up hanging.  If there isn’t much wall space available, a large canvas might not work.  If there is a lot of wall space, you have that much more to work with.
